My recent stay at Courtyard Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area was a delightful experience. the room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a small balcony and a comfortable sofa sleeper. the staff, particularly Dez, Kyle, and Rosiland, provided exceptional service. Oliver at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect for attending the concert at CHI, with many bars and restaurants nearby. the room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the on-site restaurant, the Bistro, offered delicious American classics with a modern twist, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of exploring the area. Overall, Courtyard Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area provided a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Omaha. the warm hospitality of the staff, convenient location, and well-appointed room made our Christmas trip a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Omaha for business or leisure.
